PRIVACY POLICY

Tubbies Australia values the privacy of our customers. We protect your personal details and do not sell, swap, or give them away to other parties. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured.

We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site, except where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored, along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.

SECURITY POLICY

When purchasing from Tubbies Australia, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard. SERVICE POLICY

If you order an item which is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours by email.

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship within 15 working days, we will notify you by email within that time.

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship all goods as Receipted Delivery articles via Australia Post’s normal postal service. We will inform you  of the Receipted Delivery number via email to enable you to track the parcel. A signature is required upon delivery.

DELIVERY POLICY

All goods ordered using our online system will be shipped within 15 working days.  For urgent purchases and delivery please email our office to confirm if this will be possible.

Tubbies Australia are unable to guarantee specific delivery dates.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY

Tubbies Australia will only refund payments made if the order has not yet been processed, incorrect goods have been sent, or the product has a manufacturing defect confirmed and acknowledged by Tubbies Australia.

In the event of a keg having been sent and not delivered within a reasonable time frame (depending upon the destination zone) it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contact Tubbies Australia, who will then arrange with Australia Post for tracking /investigation of the parcel.

Tubbies Australia will refund or replace the goods only once all tracking and investigation attempts by Australia Post have been completed and the parcel is deemed by Australia Post to be ‘lost in transit’.

Tubbies Australia is not obliged to refund for goods which have been used or have been bought for someone else (gift) who does not want the goods.

Tubbies Australia will not refund payment if you simply change your mind after the sale and dispatch of goods.

In the case of a perceived manufacturing defect, we require notification of any such ‘defect’ via email or telephone, at which time we can evaluate the problem. *eg. incorrect preparation of the product may lead the customer to assume there is a manufacturing defect.

Goods must not be returned to Tubbies Australia without their prior consent.

Our 12 month Warranty is valid in Australia only. A valid, dated receipt or Credit Card (Bank) statement must be produced to claim under your warranty within this time.
